scanEventTicket unterstützt Veranstaltungsorganisatoren bei der Einlasskontrolle und beim Tracking der Gäste.

Die App ist mit dem coladaservices TeilnehmerManagement verbunden und prüft in Echtzeit die Gültigkeit des Tickets.

Es können beliebig viele Scan-Punkte definiert werden, beispielsweise Haupteingang, Foyer, Workshop, FreitagWS, SamstagWS etc.

Sofern keine Internetverbindung besteht, werden die Daten gesammelt und bei nächster Gelegenheit übermittelt.

ScanEventTicket funktioniert mit iPhone, iPod und iPad.

Für Kongresse und Konzerte vermietet coladaservices iPods mit externem Hochleistungs-Scanner.

coladaservices provides registration and ticket services to companies and agencies. This app is part of a seamless process from registration, confirmation, registration desk to tracking the activities of an attendee at a conference.

1.) In the registration confirmation the attendee will find a QR-Code, a ticket with a QR-Code and a passbook event pass.

2.) At the event-location the event manager can scan tickets with this application and send the status to the attendee management system.
_ If a ticket was already used the event manager gets a hint and can accept the ticket or reject it.

3.) The app allows to scan the ticket at different locations, e.g. at the "main entrance", at the "dinner party" or at "workshop no. 5".

4.) In case of a bad internet connection the app will collect all scans and send it later to the attendee management system.

5.) The QR-Code can be entered by keyboard, scanned by the internal camera of a mobile phone/ipod/ipad and by an attached high speed scanner.
